2. What we collect

We only collect what is needed for the purposes below.

• Contact and automation forms: name, email, phone (if provided), business type, service requested, project or task description, tools you mention, and confirmation of your consent.
• Online payments (if you pay on the site): name, email and order details. Card data is handled by Square; we do not store card numbers.
• Basic technical data: IP address (for security, rate limiting and, if needed, consent evidence), device/browser type, pages viewed, and aggregated usage metrics via our host or site analytics.

Please do not send sensitive information that is not required (SIN, detailed medical records, passwords, full client financial data, etc.) through website forms.

3. Purposes (why we use it)

• Respond to your requests and assess a project or automation;
• Communicate with you (questions, proposal, follow-up);
• Process a payment and send related documents (e.g. agreement) when applicable;
• Keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse;
• Improve the site (usage stats, performance);
• Meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing without an appropriate basis, and we do not sell your data.

4. Consent and basis for processing

When you submit a form, you consent to our use of the information provided for the purposes above. Consent is free and informed, and is required to process the request. You may withdraw consent by emailing us; that may limit our ability to continue an ongoing exchange.

Some technical data is necessary for the site to operate and stay secure (legitimate interest / reasonable diligence).

5. Service providers and hosting

We use service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Resend — delivers form messages to our inbox;
• DigitalOcean — hosts the site and server functions (may include technical logs);
• Square — secure payments, when applicable.

These providers may process data outside Quebec or Canada (including the United States). When that happens, we use recognized providers and limit data to what is necessary. You may ask us for more detail about transfers.

6. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or for legal requirements (for example, the length of a commercial relationship, or accounting rules tied to an invoice). Messages that do not become a mandate are normally deleted or limited-archive after a reasonable period (often within 24 months), unless we must keep them for legal reasons or a dispute.

7. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards: HTTPS, form validation, anti-spam honeypot, rate limiting, and restricted access to our inbox. No system is perfect. If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will take steps required by law, including notifying affected individuals and Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information when required.

8. Your rights

Subject to exceptions in the law, you may request:

• access to personal information we hold about you;
• correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• deletion or stopping certain uses, where applicable;
• withdrawal of consent for the future;
• clarifications about our privacy practices.

9. Cookies and analytics

The site currently enables no audience analytics service. It may use browser local storage to remember a theme preference (light/dark), along with technical mechanisms strictly necessary for operation and security.

10. Third-party sites

Our site may link to other websites. Their privacy policies apply independently of ours.

11. Minors

Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from people under 14 without the consent of a person with parental authority, as required under Quebec law.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the version in force. For material changes, we will post a notice on the site or use another appropriate means.
